RealtyTech’s IDX123 listings offer an intuitive and user-friendly interface that makes it easy for users to browse and compare listings, with the search results featured on the left side of the page, and a more in-depth look at the selected property on the right. The interface also makes it easy for users to share their findings on various social media platforms, with icons for several of the most popular sites featured above the selected listing.
In addition, the IDX123 listings give users the ability to search within a specific area by drawing an outline of the target region on a virtual map. This feature, called the Polygonal Map Search, allows the user to save searches and receive corresponding listing alerts for the particular section he or she selects. This is especially useful for users that are only interested in specific segments of real estate, such as a neighborhood or street.
