The IDX123 system will now include listings from the Santa Barbara Multiple Listing Service, Inc, increasing RealtyTech’s available listings from the Gaviota to Carpinteria area. RealtyTech’s IDX123 service will be available to Santa Barbara real estate professionals in early August 2015.
