No technology webinar beats a face to face presentation; RealtyTech will be visiting Southern California real estate offices this year and guiding Agents to a successful 2014 using online tools such as Agent websites, Facebook, and IDX.

 

According to the 2013 Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers, published last month by NAR®, 92 percent of recent home buyers used the Internet during their home search process. For 42 percent of recent home buyers, looking at properties online was the first step in their home buying process. A Realtor’s® online presence and functionality are more important now than they ever have been in the past.

 

“We are trying to take the mystery and jargon out of online marketing and branding for real estate agents and companies,” said RealtyTech President, Richard Uzelac. “Our Web Success Workshops have been very well received for years and the 2014 version will be our best yet.”

 

The workshops will feature online reputation management, social media and web marketing strategies designed to make agents stand out in the increasingly congested online marketplace. In addition to online strategy, RealtyTech will also demo the digital marketing tools available to Realtors® in 2014.
