How do I get my domain name to point to my Agent123 Web Site?

What is my username and password?

Your username is usually your first initial and your last name. For example: Pat Smith would be: psmith (all lower case). Upon completion of the registration process, you received an email advising you of your password. Your initial password is usually: welcome (all lower case). This email will also contain instructions on how to log in as well as change your password – HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.


I forgot my username and password. How can I retrieve it?

Click on the ‘Agent Center’ link in the footer (bottom) of your site. To the right of the login console you will see the “Forgot Your Password” link. Simply enter your username and click “Click Here” and your username and password will be emailed to you.  You can login using that password and change it after login if you wish.


Can I update my Web site myself?

Of course! Your Agent123 Web Site is designed that way! It’s self-service and it comes with a built in content management system. Your content management system allows you to edit and alter your Web site in real time. To access your content management system simply click the Agent Center link in the footer of your Agent123 Web Site, and login using your username and password. 


Does the Web site track my leads?

Yes! Your Agent123 content management system contains a simple database of all users who have contacted you via the contact forms on your site. You will also receive a notification email immediately following the completion of any form.


How reliable is your hosting service?

RealtyTech’s Network Operations Center uses state-of-the-art equipment. Our hosting service guarantees 99.99% up-time, daily tape back-ups, back-up connections and power back-up. You can rest assured that your Web site will be accessible and secure.


Does my Web site come with an email account?

Yes! You have two options regarding email with your Agent123 site:

1. You may use your existing email account for example sally@yahoo.com, jim234@hotmail.com, mikejames@aol.com.

2. You can purchase a new email account from RealtyTech after you either purchase a domain name (i.e. you@yourname.com) or you change your DNS settings on your current domain to ours (Which happen to be: dns1.webhostingprovider.com and dns2.webhostingprovider.com).


How do I get my domain name to point to my Agent123 Web Site?

1. If you have purchase a domain name from RealtyTech, simply contact us and provide us with the following information:

– your Agent123 site URL

– your recently purchased domain name

2. If you have a domain name that you have previously purchased, contact your registrar and point the name servers to: DNS1.WEBHOSTINGPROVIDER.COM, DNS2.WEBHOSTINGPROVIDER.COM. Once you have changed where your name servers are pointing, simply contact us and provide us with the following information:

– your Agent123 site URL

– your recently purchased domain name
