RealtyTech Inc. announces major updates to its flagship Agent123 website and IDX123 MLS search systems for real estate agents and offices.
The update includes new Premium IDX widgets designed to increase stickiness and user engagement on Agent123 websites. The new widgets prominently display listings through animated image rich layouts. These new tools enhance user experience and ultimately raise click-through rates, leading to greater lead generation and prospect engagement.

Listing displays are easily created and posted on the Agent’s site. Agents can now create new pages, add area content and then add an animated live listing slider for that area or a 12-image grid display within minutes. These displays will be auto-updated multiple times per day to reflect the current availability of homes.
The new IDX Grid Widget dynamically displays listings in a three across by four down grid that gives Agent123 users the ability to easily add visually interactive content on the homepages of their websites.

RealtyTech is also introducing a new Slider Widget that rotates up to seven banks of three listings for the user who would like to add interactive content without taking up the space of the larger Grid Widget. Like the larger Grid Widget, listings that appear in the Slider Widget are also controlled by the preferences in the IDX123 control panel.

The update also includes new responsive code that keeps Agent123 websites up to date with the latest mobile devices and screen sizes.
