RealtyTech's Blog

RealtyTech Inc. has just launched a new Live Sold Data feature on their Premium IDX123 system to better serve their real estate agent and office clientele. This feature gives home buyers and home sellers the new ability to search certified sold properties in their area and throughout all of Southern California.

Realtors® are now able to display sold listings within cities, zip codes, or neighborhoods to make a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) for their clients. The Live Sold Data feature is also accessible through the admin section of the IDX123® MLS search system, where agents can create Saved Search Links for specific areas to display on their websites. This functionality helps real estate professionals to easily add pages with automatically updated CMA data to their websites.

The results from the Live Sold Data feature can also be delivered through RealtyTech’s Listing Alert email system to keep clients up to date on the current market value of their neighborhood. All of the features previously mentioned are included with the Premium IDX123 system.

“Our new Live Sold Data feature is a quick and easy way for realtors to show their clients how much homes are really selling for in their own neighborhoods and areas that they would like to move to,” said RealtyTech CEO, Richard Uzelac. “It is also great for listing agents to show their sellers the true up to date market place. In addition, potential home buyers can search sold properties and get them sent to their inbox automatically, thus educating themselves and providing a valuable contact/lead for our realtor clients.”

No upgrade is necessary to access the new Live Sold Data feature for RealtyTech clients who are currently using the Premium IDX123 service.
