Using the New Search Widget

The new RealtyTech Agent123 templates include an enhanced Search Widget which allows users to search for homes by entering an address, city, zip code, neighborhood, MLS Number and/or County.

STEP 1
Access your new template website. At the top of the page, under the header, you will find the new Search Widget.

STEP 2
Add search criteria. If you add more than one search term they must be separated by commas for the search function to work correctly.

Example: Westlake Village, Ventura County, 91362

Step 3 – Optional
Specify “Price Range”, “Beds” and “Baths”. This is an optional step and is used to further narrow your search results.

Step 4
After inputting results the Search Widget will show how many results will be shown using your search criteria. This is helpful for determining whether the search criteria is too broad or too narrow. Simply adjust search criteria until it yields a favorable number of results then click “Search”.

Note: Use the “Advanced Search” to define even more specific search results
