Can I update my Web site myself?

Yes! The RealtyTech Content Management System is a Web-based application that allows an Admin to update their own site if they so desire. Comes complete with a Web Site User Guide with all RealtyTech Websites. Your Virtual Assistant normally works through this system but you are more than welcome to try it out yourself.

Does the Web site track my leads?

Yes! The RealtyTech Contact Management System is a Web-based application that stores all site contacts, tracks leads, enables you to send HTML and/or Text e-mails, retrieve e-mails from other accounts and modify your site forms dynamically.  Your Virtual Assistant normally works through this system but you are more than welcome to do it out yourself.

How reliable is your hosting service?

RealtyTech’s Network Operations Center uses state-of-the-art equipment. Our hosting service guarantees 99.99% up-time, daily tape back-ups, back-up connections and power back-up. You can rest assured that your Web site will be accessible and secure.

Does my Web site come with personalized email accounts?

Yes! Every Web site comes with E-mail using Communigate Pro’s mail server from Stalker.com. You will have one primary E-mailbox with optional additional e-mailboxes as needed. All e-mail sent to your domain that is not addressed to one of your additional mailboxes will be directed to your primary e-mail account. Each e-mailbox can be setup as a “POP” mailbox where you can send and receive e-mail directly from our system using e-mail software like Microsoft Outlook, Eudora, or Netscape mail, or you can simply forward all E-mail to one of your existing e-mail addresses.

Can I change my e-mail to automatically send a reply?

Yes! Your mail server has many features available including an auto-reply feature to address the needs of even the busiest users. With three settings to choose from — Vacation, Reply, and Echo — it can be instructed to issue a pre-set, automatic reply to senders, returning the incoming message or any chosen message as instructed.

How do I send holiday and birthday greetings to my clients?

The Contact Management System also allows you to manually generate E-mails sent to one or all of your online contacts.

Do RealtyTech services include promoting my Web site?

Yes! Search Engine Optimization and Submittal at launch is included for all RealtyTech Web sites which are designed and built with search engine/directory results in mind from the very beginning. Each and every aspect of search engine optimization, from the correct Keywords/phrases and Descriptions to the use of text rather than graphics on pages is employed whenever possible to maximize the exposure of your site for search engines and directories.
