Office or Company IDX (Internet Data Exchange) solutions still pull the real estate data from MLSs and are approved by the NAR. The main difference is how Agents are displayed on the Office IDX in a Gallery. In addition, Agents can be highlighted on their own listings in the IDX search results with their own pictures and contact information.
Our Office IDX platforms still source thousands of listings in a clean, intuitive layout that is easy to use for your clients. The difference is the Listing Agents from YOUR COMPANY ONLY will be highlighted on the search results pages, if it is their actual listing.
All other listings that are NOT listed by your company, will simply show your company logo and your company’s general contact information on the detailed listing pages. These are the properties listed by other brokers and agents outside of your organization. Their names or companies are still on the listing but that information is buried low on the listing page with no links to the other company or agent. This complies with the NAR’s rules for IDX implementation.
In addition to the Agent highlights, a Company IDX will have a Company wide Open Houses page, Featured Listings Page, Company Solds Pages and others that distinguish this IDX from an Agent IDX.
Agent Gallery: All Office IDXs will come with an Agent, company-wide Gallery of all your agents. Each agent will have their own gallery page, and their actual listings and sold properties will be depicted under their Bio and contact information.
